REQUEST FOR QUOTE: CASE STUDY BROCHURE

Mersey Maritime Ltd is looking to put together a marketing document to publicise how maritime sector SMEs on Merseyside have benefited from a range of business assistance services provided via Mersey Maritime and funded by ERDF (European Regional Development Agency) and NWDA (North West Development Agency).

The project consists of three parts:

  1. Production of copy for six different case studies, with accompanying photography as appropriate (basic information on company, contact name and form of business assistance provided, will be supplied – sample attached)
  2. Design of leaflet incorporating MM and funders’ logos etc
  3. Print and production of 1000 copies of the above

Additional Information
The leaflet is aimed at SME businesses operating within the broad range of activities that make up the Maritime Sector on Merseyside.

It is intended to demonstrate how maritime (and related) sector businesses can benefit from being part of the cluster and will appeal to new SME businesses to come forward and engage with Mersey Maritime. It will promote the benefits that an ERDF funded programme can provide to an SME on Merseyside.

Feel
An easy read, with strong imagery and a variety of case studies that promote the various ways in which MM has employed ERDF funding to bring business benefits to maritime sector SMEs on Merseyside.

Please note that we are working to a very tight deadline on this project, requiring delivery by December 31st, 2011.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
We are assuming that all companies to be featured as a case study will require to be interviewed by phone and/or visited in order to shape the case studies and obtain relevant quotes.

The service provider will be required to work in accordance with all relevant ERDF/NWDA branding guidelines.

ERDF procurement requirements, as set out by Mersey Maritime, must be adhered to.

Your quote should clearly state which part(s) of the requirement stated above you are quoting for and be submitted by email to the undersigned by noon on Monday, 12 December 2011.
